New Media Group Inc. is a digital advertising agency based in Toronto, Canada. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

• When you send us a message: your name, company and email address, plus anything else you choose to add, such as a phone number, a budget estimate and your message.
• When you apply for a role: the details you type into the form, such as your contact details, your work experience, your results and your answers. We do not ask for or accept any files.
• When you browse: standard usage data through Google Analytics, such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, and an approximate location based on your IP address. Google Analytics uses cookies.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising: when it is switched on, the Meta Pixel uses cookies to tell Meta which pages were visited and whether a message or an application was sent, so we can measure and show our ads. It never receives your name, email, phone number or what you wrote.

Why we use it

To reply to your message, to consider your application, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your information, and we only use your message to talk with you about it.

Where it is kept

Messages reach our team by email, and a backup copy is stored with our website host. Applications reach the people who review them by email, are added to our private hiring spreadsheet, and are stored privately with our website host. The companies that deliver our email, host this site, hold the spreadsheet and provide analytics and advertising measurement process this information for us and may store it outside Canada, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and applications for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them. While you fill in an application, your answers are kept in your own browser tab so a refresh does not lose them; they are cleared when you send the application or close the tab.
